焊接在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工中的地位是很重要的
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的焊接,我們在實施過程中,應(yīng)事先了解哪些具體內(nèi)容,這樣操作起來才不至于出錯,這也是焊接人員,在對無錫鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行焊接時,非常關(guān)心的。因此為了更好普及這些知識:

1.作業(yè)條件
1. Homework conditions
(1)要對圖紙很熟悉,并做好焊接技術(shù)交底工作。
(1) Be familiar with the drawings and do a good job in welding technology disclosure.
(2)在施焊前,應(yīng)檢查焊工的上崗證是否在有效期限內(nèi),是否能擔(dān)當(dāng)焊接工作。
(2) Before welding, it is necessary to check whether the welder's work permit is valid and whether they are capable of performing welding work.
(3)現(xiàn)場供電條件,應(yīng)符合焊接用電要求。
(3) The on-site power supply conditions should meet the requirements for welding electricity.
(4)如果施工溫度低于零攝氏度,那么應(yīng)先進(jìn)行預(yù)熱,然后再進(jìn)行操作。
(4) If the construction temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, preheating should be carried out first before operation.
2.冬期低溫焊接
2. Winter low-temperature welding
(1)采用電弧焊時,如果環(huán)境溫度低于零攝氏度,那么應(yīng)對焊接工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整,并遵守常規(guī)的焊接規(guī)定。此外,焊縫和熱影響區(qū)的冷卻,應(yīng)緩慢進(jìn)行。
(1) When using arc welding, if the ambient temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the welding process parameters should be adjusted appropriately and conventional welding regulations should be followed. In addition, the cooling of welds and heat affected zones should be carried out slowly.
(2)如果風(fēng)力超過規(guī)定,那么應(yīng)采取擋風(fēng)措施。
(2) If the wind exceeds the prescribed limit, windproof measures should be taken.
(3)焊接后未冷卻的接頭,應(yīng)避免與冰雪相接觸。
(3) The joints that have not been cooled after welding should avoid contact with ice and snow.
(4)為了防止產(chǎn)生焊接裂紋,對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接時應(yīng)進(jìn)行預(yù)熱,并控制好層間溫度。
(4) In order to prevent welding cracks, preheating should be carried out during steel structure welding, and the interlayer temperature should be controlled well.
3.質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
3. Quality standards
(1)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接工程的檢驗的劃分,分分為若干個批次,分批進(jìn)行檢驗。
(1) The inspection of steel structure welding engineering is divided into several batches and conducted in batches.
(2)對于碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼,在焊接完成后24小時內(nèi),要進(jìn)行焊縫探傷檢驗。
(2) For carbon structural steel, weld seam inspection must be conducted within 24 hours after welding is completed.
4.應(yīng)注意的質(zhì)量問題

(1)焊接部位的相對尺寸和位置,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行控制,準(zhǔn)確無誤后才能進(jìn)行焊接,焊接時也要精心認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)確進(jìn)行操作。
(1) The relative size and position of the welding area should be strictly controlled, and welding can only be carried out after accuracy is ensured. During welding, careful and accurate operation should also be carried out.
(2)焊接過程中,不能突然中斷,不能使用大的電流,以防產(chǎn)生焊接裂紋。還有,焊縫接頭上,應(yīng)搭接10到15mm。
(2) During the welding process, sudden interruption and high current should not be used to prevent welding cracks. Also, on the weld joint, it should be overlapped by 10 to 15mm.
(3)焊件在焊接過程中,不能被移動、搬動,或者是被敲擊。
